Red Bud Meeting Space

If meeting space is something your group is looking for, check out Southwestern Illinois College's Red Bud Campus. The campus' proximity to major southern Illinois communities makes it an ideal spot for a seminar or workshop, off-site business meeting, monthly organizational meeting or special event. Rooms can be used free of charge for groups and organizations hosting nonprofit activities.

Campus facilities can satisfy the needs of groups, large or small.

• Performing Arts Room

Dimensions:
Room: 34 feet by 54 feet
Stage: 18 feet by 33 feet

The Performing Arts Room seats 80 people. It is the perfect venue for dance or music recitals, a lecture or large business meeting. The staging area is 18 feet by 33 feet. The room is equipped with a retractable projection screen for PowerPoint or overhead projector presentations. Limited audiovisual service is available.

• Horrell Conference Room

Dimensions:
16 feet by 24 feet

The Horrell Conference Room comfortably accommodates 12-15 people around a large conference table. A small office retreat or business meeting would be right at home in this attractively decorated room with an attached galley for light snack preparation. The room features a dry-erase board for jotting down goals, objectives and ideas for the future.

Vending machine access is available also. The city of Red Bud is home to several fast-food and sit-down restaurants for meal service.

• Dining Area

Dimensions:
19 feet by 48 feet

The dining area seats 32 people comfortably around eight tables. Versatility is this room's middle name. Strip the tables and set up chairs for a presentation or leave the tables for small group discussions and exercises. The room also provides easy access to vending machines, as well as access to an outdoor patio.The Red Bud Campus offers a galley kitchen for light snack preparation. The city of Red Bud is home to several fast-food and sit-down restaurants for meal service.
