PSOP provides a wide variety of services, programs and activities to people age 55 and older.
Older Adult Counseling
- Short-term individual counseling
- Information and referral for community resources
- Resource library
- Community presentations available
- Grief Support Series
- Alzheimer's Caregiver's Support Group
- Parkinson's Support Group
Counseling sessions are available to residents of St. Clair County age 60 and older to address issues related to mild depression and anxiety, lifestyle changes, family and caregiver issues, or grief. Sessions are available in the PSOP Wellness Center or in your home. The services are free of charge and sponsored by SWIC/PSOP and the St. Clair Co. Mental Health Board.
