
The Film Program at Southwestern Illinois College trains students in both Film Study – understanding, analyzing, and writing about film – and Motion Picture Production – the technical and aesthetic aspects of making fictional and documentary movies. Students gain skills they can use in professional situations as well as for their own lifelong personal enjoyment.
