The mission of the Legacy program is to increase the retention and graduation rates of first-generation college students by offering academic and personal support. This ten-week program is offered in both the fall and spring semesters at the Belleville Campus and the East St. Louis Community College Center.

Criteria
Neither parent holds a bachelor's degree
Enrolled in the current semester
Attend at least four workshops each semester - one may be completed online through WebCT.
