Curb-to-curb community service for individuals certified as American Disabilities Act (ADA) eligible and service for those age 60 and older in some areas.
General Information
- Office Hours: 8 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or by appointment
- Pre-registration Required
- LINC: 235-9988 (ADA Only)
- ATS: 239-0749 ext. 232 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Reservations must be made one day to two weeks ahead, during ATS normal business hours.
- Cost per ride:
- Cash: $4.00 per trip (exact change required)
- 10-trip coupon booklet for $28.00
- Ticket purchase locations:
- ATS office located in Suite C at the Belleville MetroLink Station Plaza, 718 Scheel Street, Belleville, IL
- LINC, Inc., 120 East A Street, Belleville.
- All riders must have a picture I.D. with them.
- Guests allowed at regular rate
- Escorts ride free for those qualified ADA

Service is available in the following areas
Townships: Belleville, Canteen, Caseyville, Centreville, East St Louis, Englemann, Lebanon, Mascoutah, O'Fallon, Saint Clair, Shiloh Valley, Smithton, Stites and Stookey
Municipalities: Alorton, Belleville, Brooklyn, Cahokia, Centreville, Caseyville, Collinsville (St. Clair County section), East St. Louis, Fairmont City, Fairview Heights, Lebanon, Lovejoy, Mascoutah, O'Fallon, Sauget, Shiloh, Smithton, Scott AFB, Swansea and Washington Park.
- Service within 3/4 mile of Metrobus line/MetroLink
- Operates on same schedule as Metrobuses and MetroLink
- Transfer service available to Call-A-Ride in St. Louis, MO and ACT in Madison County, Ill.
- Service anywhere within service area for any reason
General Information on Elderly Service
Service available in the following areas
Townships: Belleville, St. Clair and Stookey.
Municipalities: Belleville, Shiloh and Swansea. Area served subject to change without notice.
- Must be 60 or older
- Service anywhere within service area for any reason
- Service available Monday-Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
